Shuttle service will be available for transportation between this hotel and the Sunset Center meeting site.

Presentations MUST be uploaded **no later than 5pm PT on Friday, January 12, 2024** No personal laptops or devices may be used to present. **Presentations uploaded after the deadline are not guaranteed to be available.**

*Please* bring your Presentation (in your pocket!) on a USB flash drive just in case, with any required Video Files, special Fonts, etc. Videos are often separate files, which also need to be uploaded with your presentation.

Please check with the AV technician **on site 1 day prior to** your presentation to verify that videos have been received, and that they play correctly. If presenting on Thursday afternoon, see AV tech before noon on Thursdayc

Note that your meeting rooms may be remote from registration and the AV Presentation help desk. Allow 1 hour to check and walk to the room.
